This is what we do:
1. Rebuilding of Carburettors(see example with photo's)
2. Rebuilding of Ignitions and Magnets (see photo's)
3. Delivery if new parts (mostly out of stock otherwise we order for you)
4. We can rewind amd recharge your magneto so it wil have a good spark again.
5. We search the suitable magneto for your oldtimer
6. Coating fueltank (see photo)
3 Examples:
a.) Rebuilding a carburettor
b.) Rebuilding a magneto
c.) Coating a fuel tank
a. Rebuilfing a carburettor
We are rebuilding carburettors with ultrasonic cleaning.
The carburettor wil be dismounted and placed in the ultrasonic cleaner wich is filed with a non chemical liquidThis way copper and other delicate material will not be damagedduring the cleaning proces. The big advantage of ultrasonic cleaning is that the carburettor, including small needle and holes, will be cleaned. Because of this proces, drilling and other drastic methods, are not necessary anymore .
The Ultrasomic cleaning process
An ultrasonic cleaner is simply a metal tank (stainless steel) that has pizeo ceramic transducers bonded to the bottom or side. These transducers have a unique property of changing size, almost instantly, when exicited by an eletrical signal. When excited, the transducer increases in size and causes the tank bottom or side to move. This creates a compression wave in the liquid of the tank. By using een electrical generator that puts out an highly frequently signal(20 to 250 khz) the transducer rapidly induces compression and rarefaction wave in the liquid. During the rarefaction cylce the liquid is torn apart. This creates a vacuum cavity within the liquid. These cavities will grow larger and smaller as the compression waves are continued. When the cavity reaches a certain size (based on the frequency and wattage of the signal) the cavitiy can no longer retain its shape. The cavity collapses violenty and creates a temperature of 5000 degrees centigrade and a jet of plasma that impacts against whatever object is in the tank. There are millions of these bubbles created and collapses ever second in an ultrasonic tank. It is these collapses that clean the part. The jet will explode the dir or any other material of the surface of the part.

c. Coating of a fuel tank
From the USA we import Tanksealer. This is a coating especially used for fuel tanks which leakes a little., or has beginning rust on the inside.
We deliver the coating in a canis of 0,264 US gall,, But we can also coat your fuel tank.. In that case the tank will be cleaned with steam, After finishing this process the tank is coated.. Are you interested? Call us for your Price...
